“Tony called me periodically starting months before the wedding making sure all my questions were answered and I knew what to expect. The days leading up he went over the schedule with me, the songs, introductions, pronunciations of names, etc. It put my mind at ease that I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I had so many people come up to me and tell me what an amazing DJ we had chosen! The songs were perfect, they were played at the just the right times. It was a nonstop party. Even my 80 year old grandmother was out on the dance floor towards the end of the night. Usually she goes home after dinner, but she stayed till the end! People who had their wedding the weeks and months prior to mine came up to me and told me that our DJ did a fantastic job and they wish they would have known about him! Tony kept the party going and looked like he had so much fun doing what he loves to do. It is now 3 days after the wedding and I am still getting texts and e-mails saying what a blast people had and I know its because we had a great DJ. One friend even said “I run 26 miles and I don’t hurt, I go home after the night of your wedding and my feet are killing me because I danced so much, the music was fantastic!”. I hands down recommend Tony Ho as your wedding DJ, you will have the time of your life! Definitely a wedding to remember.”

“Sounds Abound was awesome from start to finish! We used Sounds Abound for uplighting (which looked great!) as well as DJ services for our wedding reception in September 2011 at the Westin in Lombard. Also, the Sounds Abound office has a wedding shop with a huge selection of invitations and wedding accessories (toasting flutes, ring bearer pillows, bridal party gifts, etc.), which I definitely visited to purchase some things for my wedding! Jeff was great to work with during the time leading up to our wedding, and he answered all of our questions very promptly via email and telephone. The website is also very easy to use and has a lot of helpful information on it, including video clips of each DJ at actual past weddings, which we thought was great. We chose Tony Ho as our DJ based on the videos, because what we saw was exactly what we wanted at our wedding – a fun, energetic and engaging DJ. We definitely made the right choice with Tony! We had a telephone meeting with him before our wedding where we discussed our music likes/dislikes (we are into dance/club/B96 and KissFM type music, which he said he also liked), and he and the 2nd DJ, Mike, totally hit it on the mark at our reception. We loved every song they played, and our friends (and us!) barely left the dance floor from 9pm to 1am. Even when the reception was over, the lights came on, and they started playing Justin Bieber to let us know it was time to go, we all kept dancing anyway since we were having such an amazing time all night! Tony Ho made our wedding so much fun for us and our guests, and we couldn’t be happier with how our wedding turned out thanks to Tony Ho and Sounds Abound!”

Before dinner even started, Tony had 1/2 our guest out of their seat and on the dance floor. People did not leave the dance floor ALL night except when we were told to sit down so we could be served dinner. The wonderful comments we got about your service from our friends and family have not ended. Unfortunately I suffered a knee injury that night on the dance floor, however, Sounds Abound took no time at all to run out and get me a knee brace. I can not thank them enough as this seriously saved the night!!! Tony played a wide variety of music that kept people moving – including my 85 year old grandma. He also continued to play past his allotted time (the crowd continued to chant “one more song!!”). I really could not have expected anything better. “My wife Tina and I speak on behalf of our guests when we say that we had a fantastic time and truly enjoyed the entertainment provided by Sounds Abound. Tony was extremely professional, starting even before the actual event. He provided timely responses to our emails during the preparation for the reception and was always very courteous. The night of our reception, he was all set up and ready to go long before things got started. The music played during cocktails and dinner was exactly as we had requested and set the perfect atmosphere for the evening. The best part of the evening was the dancing, and I can assure you that Tony brought a great deal of energy to the party. Ken wasn’t available for my other daughter’s wedding this November so we watched all the DJ’s video and the bride and groom picked Tony Ho. Tony was perfect! He called the bride and groom several times before the wedding and made a great job of knowing exactly what they wanted. He was fun but not “over the top.” We had our own video montage and Sounds Abound played it for us during the salad. We did however, have the upgrade Dancing With the Stars… well worth the money!”

In preparing for the wedding we probably had more song suggestions and do not plays than the norm- but Tony was very helpful & worked with us the entire way leading up to the event.
